How to convert Gas into Liquid

Understand a simple example below :

there is a simple method to turn a gas into liquid which is to apply high pressure on the gas with a friction-less piston in a cylinder. The most common example of this process can be found in your pressure cooker or boiler. When you cook any food in your pressure cooker you add some water and oil with it.When the pressure increases then the inter molecular forces between the molecules of liquid become weaker and at a point they turn into gas which you see in the form of steam. But the steam is not allowed to leave the cooker i.e say it a cylinder. Now the pressure is continuously increasing but the gas cannot leave the cylinder. As the inter molecular forces between the molecules of gas is negligible so they can be compressed easily. Now if you apply a continuous pressure then the molecules will come closer and at a point the gas will start turning into liquid. Now start increasing the pressure and the gas will be turned into liquid. This principle is applied by following the Boyle's Law of Gases...

i.e Volume of the given mass of the gas is inversely proportional to the applied pressure when the temperature and number of mole are kept constant.

I think you cannot understand the complex relations in theory so see a diagram below and then you will catch the point...

How to convert Gas into Liquid
You should note that the compressed gas that turned into liquid will not be stable according to physical conditions and then it will again start to convert into gaseous form...

Now follow the steps below :

1.Take a cylinder with a movable friction-less piston.
2.Add any ideal gas i.e CO2 in it.
3.Now start compressing the gas by applying the pressure on the movable piston until the gas start to convert into liquid.
4.You are done..!!!
